كما أنها تشكل وسيلة لفرض أفكار خاطئة مؤداها أن جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية تساعد، بصورة غير مباشرة، على انتشار الجيش في جمهورية سربسكا، وهو ما يطابق الممارسة المشهورة والكثيرة الاستخدام، المتمثلة في تأليب وسائط اﻹعلام ضد الشعب الصربي.

It is obvious that the letter of the Muslim Foreign Minister is aimed at creating a false picture on the role and alleged aspirations of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia at a time when the aggression and genocide against the Serb people in the Republic of Serb Krajina continues as well as in the whole territory under control of the Muslim Government in Sarajevo.
ومن الواضح أن رسالة وزير الخارجية المسلم تهدف الى رسم صورة خاطئة عن دور جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية وتطلعاتها المزعومة في وقت يستمر فيه العدوان واﻹبادة الجماعية ضد السكان الصرب فــي جمهورية كرايينا الصربية وفي كامل اﻹقليم الواقع تحت سيطرة الحكومة المسلمة في سراييفو.

By pursuing its anti-Yugoslav and anti-Serb policy, continually advocating the use of force against the Serb people and interfering in the internal affairs of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, Turkey has brought its relations with Yugoslavia to the lowest point this century, endangering their very basis.
وباتباعها سياستها المعادية ليوغوسلافيا وللصرب، وبدعوتها المستمرة الى استخدام القوة ضد الشعب الصربي وبالتدخل في الشؤون الداخلية لجمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية، فإن تركيا قد دفعت بعلاقاتها مع يوغوسلافيا الى أدنى مستوى لها خلال القرن الحالي، مما يهدد أسسها ذاتها.

27. By mass killings, planned expulsions of the entire Serb population and systematic eradication of all traces of their centuries-long life in those parts, Croatia committed the crime of genocide against the Serb people for the second time in the past 50 years.
٢٧ - وارتكبت كرواتيا، عن طريق أعمال القتل الجماعي، وعمليات الطرد المخططة التي تستهدف الشعب الصربي بأكمله، والمحو المنتظم لجميع آثار وجوده في تلك المناطق طيلة قرون، جريمة إبادة اﻷجناس ضد الشعب الصربي للمرة الثانية أثناء الخمسين سنة الماضية.

Upon direct instruction of my Government, I am addressing you concerning the latest armed aggression perpetrated by Croatia against the Serb people in the Republic of Serb Krajina, which, by its magnitude and arrogance, surpasses all the acts of aggression Croatia has carried out so far.
بناء على تعليمات مباشرة من حكومتي، أخاطبكم فيما يتعلق بآخر عدوان مسلح ارتكبته كرواتيا ضد الشعب الصربي في جمهورية كرايينا الصربية، والذي فاق، بحجمه وغطرسته، جميع اﻷعمال العدوانية التي ارتكبتها كرواتيا حتى اﻵن.

Regrettably, everything points to the fact that aggression against the Republic of Serb Krajina is not an act Croatia is perpetrating on its own, but rather, that Croatia enjoys support by its powerful protectors, within their strategy pursued ever since the very beginning of the Yugoslav crisis, directed first of all against the Serb people and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.
ومما يؤسف له أن كل شيء يشير إلى أن العدوان على جمهورية كرايينا الصربية ليس عملا تنفذه كرواتيا بمفردها، وإنما باﻷحرى تتمتع كرواتيا بمساندة حماتها اﻷقوياء، في إطار استراتيجيتهم المتبعة منذ البداية اﻷولى لﻷزمة اليوغوسلافية، والموجهة أولا وقبل كل شيء ضد الشعب الصربي وجمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية.

Despite repeated warnings of the international community, reflected also in the latest resolution of the Security Council 1009 (1995), Croatia continues with its policy of aggression against the Serb people in Krajina.
بالرغم من التحذيرات المتكررة التي وجهها المجتمع الدولي، الواردة أيضا في أحدث قرار لمجلس اﻷمن ١٠٠٩ )١٩٩٥(، تواصل كرواتيا سياستها العدوانية ضد الشعب الصربي في كرايينا.

(l) Upon completion of the training, the terrorists were allowed to go to the former Bosnia and Herzegovina and fight against the Serb people, fanning up in that way the civil war in that former Yugoslav republic, whereas some terrorists were sent back to the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia with specific assignments.

83. The Special Rapporteur takes note of two documents recently prepared by the Government of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, entitled " Memorandum on the ethnic cleansing of and genocide against the Serb people of Croatia and Krajina " (A/50/707-S/1995/907, annex) and " War crimes against the Serbs on the territory of the county of Gorazde (1992-1994) " .
٨٣ - وتحيط المقررة الخاصة علما بوثيقتين أعدتهما مؤخرا حكومة جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية بعنوان " مذكرة عن جرائم التطهير العرقي وإبادة اﻷجناس المرتكبة ضد الشعب الصربي في كرواتيا وكرايينا " )A/50/707-S/1995/907، المرفق( و " جرائم الحرب المرتكبة ضد الصرب في أراضي مقاطعة غورازده )١٩٩٢-١٩٩٤( " .

The events described above make it incumbent on the Security Council to determine the responsibility of Croatia, its leadership and above all the President, Franjo Tudjman, for genocide and war crimes against the Serb people as well as gross violations of humanitarian law (article VIII of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide and the 1949 Geneva Conventions).
وإن اﻷحداث المبينة أعلاه تحتم على مجلس اﻷمن أن يُحمل كرواتيا وقيادتها، وفي مقدمتها الرئيس فرانيو تودجمان، المسؤولية عن جريمة إبادة اﻷجناس وجرائم الحرب والجرائم المرتكبة ضد الشعب الصربي فضلا عن الانتهاكات الجسيمة للقانون اﻹنساني )المادة الثامنة من اتفاقية منع جريمة إبادة اﻷجناس والمعاقبة عليها، واتفاقيات جنيف لعام ١٩٤٩(.

8. In early August 1995, the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia received the greatest wave of refugees since the war broke out in 1991. As a consequence of the operations of the Croatian army against the Serb people in Croatia, 189,000 persons fled the Knin Krajina and arrived in the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, of which some 63,000 were men, 74,000 women and 52,000 children under 18 years of age.
٨ - في أوائل آب/أغسطس ٥٩٩١ استقبلت جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية أكبر موجة من اللاجئين منذ اندلاع الحرب في عام ١٩٩١ ونتيجة لعمليات الجيش الكرواتي ضد الشعب الصربي في كرواتيا فر ٠٠٠ ٩٨١ شخص من كنين كرايينا ، ووصلوا الى جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية ، من بينهم نحو ٠٠٠ ٣٦ رجل ، و ٠٠٠ ٤٧ امرأة ، و ٠٠٠ ٢٥ من الفتية والفتيات دون سن الثامنة عشرة .
