Under its provisions, insured persons receive an old age pension on reaching the age of sixty.
وبموجب أحكام هذا القانون، يحصل المشمولون بالتأمين على معاش تقاعدي للشيخوخة عند بلوغ سن الستين.

Should he or she so elect, the amount of such pension shall be that amount which has the same value as the retirement pension which would have been paid to him or her at the age of sixty.
وإذا ما اختار ذلك، يكون مبلغ معاشه التقاعدي هو مبلغ بنفس قيمة المعاش الذي يحق له الحصول عليه في سن الستين.

Should he or she so elect, the amount of such pension shall be that amount which has the same value as the retirement pension which would have been paid to him or her at the age of sixty.
وإذا ما اختار ذلك، يحصل على معاش تقاعدي توازي قيمته قيمة المعاش التقاعدي الذي كان سيدفع له في سن الستين.

A termination within the meaning of the Staff Regulations is a separation from service initiated by the Secretary-General, other than retirement at the age of sixty years or more or summary dismissal for serious misconduct.
إنهاء الخدمة، بالمعنى المقصود في النظام اﻷساسي للموظفين، هو انتهاء الخدمة بمبادرة من اﻷمين العام، بخلاف التقاعد عند بلوغ سن الستين أو بعد ذلك، أو الفصل دون سابق إنذار لارتكاب سوء سلوك جسيم.

578. An old person is defined as any man or woman over the age of sixty.

Retirement pension 1. A member of the International Court of Justice who has ceased to hold office and who has reached the age of sixty shall be entitled during the remainder of his or her life, subject to paragraphs 6 and 7 below, to a retirement pension, payable monthly provided that he or she has:
1 - يحق لعضو محكمة العدل الدولية الذي انتهت خدمته والذي بلغ سن الستين الحصول بقية حياته، ورهنا بأحكام الفقرتين 6 و 7 أدناه، على معاش تقاعدي، يُدفع شهريا بشرط الوفاء بما يلي:

1. A judge of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia who has ceased to hold office and who has reached the age of sixty shall be entitled during the remainder of his or her life, subject to paragraphs 4 and 5 below, to a retirement pension, payable monthly provided that he or she has:
1 - يحق لقاض في المحكمة الدولية ليوغوسلافيا السابقة انتهت خدمته وبلغ سن الستين الحصول بقية حياته، ورهنا بأحكام الفقرتين 4 و 5 أدناه، على معاش تقاعدي، يُدفع شهريا بشرط الوفاء بما يلي:

1. A judge of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda who has ceased to hold office and who has reached the age of sixty shall be entitled during the remainder of his or her life, subject to paragraphs 4 and 5 below, to a retirement pension, payable monthly provided that he or she has:
1 - يحق لقاض في المحكمة الجنائية الدولية لرواندا الذي لم يعد يشغل منصبه والذي بلغ سن الستين الحصول بقية حياته، ورهنا بأحكام الفقرتين 4 و 5 أدناه، على معاش تقاعدي، يُدفع شهريا بشرط الوفاء بما يلي:

36. The Senior Citizens Utility Subsidy Programme provides a grant of $100.00 per month to all senior citizens from the age of sixty years to subsidize their utility bills.
