The General Assembly, by its resolution 45/158 of 18 December 1990, adopted and opened for signature, ratification and accession the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families and called upon all Member States to consider signing and ratifying or acceding to the Convention as a matter of priority.
١ - اعتمدت الجمعية العامة، بقرارها ٤٥/١٥٨ المؤرخ ١٨ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٠، وفتحت للتوقيع والتصديق والانضمام الاتفاقية الدولية لحماية حقوق جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم، ودعت جميع الدول اﻷعضاء إلى النظر في التوقيع والتصديق على الاتفاقية أو الانضمام إليها على سبيل اﻷولوية.

They called upon those States which were still not parties to the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women to work actively towards ratification of or accession to it and encouraged all Member States to consider signing, ratifying or acceding to the Optional Protocol to the Convention.
وحثوا الدول التي لم تنضم بعد للاتفاقية حول القضاء على كل صيغ التمييز ضد المرأة للعمل بهمّة على درب المصادقة عليها أو الانضمام إليها، وشجعوا كل الدول الأعضاء على النظر في توقيع البروتوكول الاختياري للاتفاقية والمصادقة عليه والانضمام إليه.

In this regard, we note the entry into force of the Optional Protocols to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the Involvement of Children in Armed Conflict and on the Sale of Children, Child Prostitution and Child Pornography and encourage all Member States to consider signing, ratifying or acceding to the Optional Protocols of the Convention.
وفي هذا الصدد، نحيط علما ببدء نفاذ البروتوكولين الاختياريين لاتفاقية حقوق الطفل بشأن اشتراك الأطفال في المنازعات المسلحة، وبشأن بيع الأطفال واستغلالهم في البغاء وفي إنتاج المواد الإباحية، ونشجع كل الدول الأعضاء على النظر في توقيع البروتوكولين الاختياريين للاتفاقية أو التصديق عليهما أو الانضمام إليهما.
