5. Requests the Secretary-General, in close cooperation with Governments, all relevant parts of the United Nations system, relevant intergovernmental organizations and other development actors, to initiate preparations for such a dialogue;
٥ - تطلب إلى اﻷمين العام أن يقوم، بالتعاون الوثيق مع الحكومات، وجميع الجهات ذات الصلة في منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة، والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية، وسائر الجهات اﻹنمائية المختصة اﻷخرى، بالشروع في اﻷعمال التحضيرية لهذا الحوار؛

(e) To request the Secretary-General to bring the present resolution to the attention of all relevant parts of the United Nations system;

1. Commends the Representative of the Secretary-General for the activities undertaken to date, for the catalytic role that he has played in raising the level of awareness of the plight of internally displaced persons and for his ongoing efforts to address their development and other specific needs, including through the mainstreaming of the human rights of internally displaced persons into all relevant parts of the United Nations system;

The Commission requested the Secretary-General, in effectively building upon the work of his Representative, to establish a mechanism that would address the complex problem of internal displacement, in particular by mainstreaming human rights of the internally displaced into all relevant parts of the United Nations system.

7. Requests the SecretaryGeneral to bring the present resolution to the attention of all relevant parts of the United Nations system;
7- ترجو من الأمين العام أن يوجه نظر جميع الجهات المعنية في منظومة الأمم المتحدة إلى هذا القرار؛

While recognizing that the elections would represent an important milestone, planning for United Nations activities after the elections should begin substantially ahead of that date, to permit full consultation and adequate preparation, and should, inter alia, address the roles of all relevant parts of the United Nations system.

At its fifty-ninth session, the Commission on Human Rights requested the Special Rapporteur to submit an interim report to the General Assembly at its fifty-eighth session; and requested the Secretary-General to bring the resolution to the attention of all relevant parts of the United Nations system (Commission resolution 2003/12).
