4.6 The State party further submits that the allegations of a violation of article 17 alone and read in conjunction with article 2, paragraphs 1, 2 and 3, of the Covenant are manifestly ill-founded, as the municipality of Patras had not undertaken any cleaning works on 25 or 26 August 2006.

The author claims that his rights under articles 6, paragraph 1; 7; 9, paragraph 1; and 17 alone and read in conjunction with article 2, paragraph 1, of the Covenant will be violated if he was returned to China.

3.1 The author claims a violation of article 7, taken alone and read in conjunction with article 2, paragraphs 1 and 3 of the Covenant.
