29. From a technical standpoint, there was wide agreement among members of the Working Group that any measure of capacity to pay had to be the best possible approximation.

In her closing statement, the Chairperson—Rapporteur congratulated the participants on the work accomplished and reminded them that consultations among members of the Working Group would be continued during the forty—ninth session of the Sub—Commission.

At the 527th meeting, on 8 June, the Chairman of the Working Group on the Use of Nuclear Power Sources in Outer Space, Sam Harbison (United Kingdom), reported on the status of the informal consultations among members of the Working Group that had been held during the forty-seventh session of the Committee.
111- وقدّم السيد سام هاربيسون (المملكة المتحدة)، رئيس الفريق العامل المعني باستخدام مصادر القدرة النووية في الفضاء الخارجي، في الجلسة 527 في 8 حزيران/ يونيه، تقريرا عن حالة المشاورات غير الرسمية بين أعضاء الفريق العامل التي عقدت أثناء دورة اللجنة السابعة والأربعين.

It is suggested that, when agreement has been reached among members of the Working Group on further key issues as highlighted in the report, a further report be requested from the Secretary-General to go into greater depth on the establishment and location of the residual mechanism(s) and the location of the archives.
