3-4 ورغم أن المادة 34 من مدونة قواعد سلوك المهنة القانونية (1992) تحظر على المحامين العاملين في مكتب محاماة العمل بصفة مستشارين في الدعاوى المقامة أمام هيئة قضائية يجلس فيها زميل أو أكثر من نفس مكتبهم بصفة قضاة، فإنه لا يُستبعد، في رأي صاحب البلاغ، أن تناقَش بوجه عام فيما بين قضاة المحكمة قضايا يمثّل فيها أحد الأطراف محام من مكتب المحاماة يكون زميلاً لقاض بديل.
