36. Requests the secretariat, consistent with Article 8 of the Convention, to collect, compile and synthesize information needed by the Subsidiary Body for Implementation to monitor and evaluate the progress made on the national adaptation plan process, drawing upon information in accordance with paragraphs 3235 above;

Takes note with satisfaction of the recommendations of the meeting between the secretariats of the Organization of African Unity and the United Nations held at Addis Ababa from 6 to 9 November 1995, and endorses the convening of a meeting in 1996, at Addis Ababa, to review and evaluate the progress made in the implementation of the recommendations agreed at the November meeting and to adopt new and effective joint action;
٢٢ - تحيط علما مع الارتياح بالتوصيات الصادرة عن الاجتماع المعقود بين أمانتي اﻷمم المتحدة ومنظمة الوحدة اﻷفريقية فـي الفترة من ٦ إلـى ٩ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٥ فـي أديس أبابا، وتؤيـد عقــد اجتماع في عام ١٩٩٦، في أديس أبابا، لاستعراض وتقييم التقدم المحرز في تنفيذ التوصيات المتفق عليها في الاجتماع المعقود في تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ولاعتماد تدابير جديدة فعالة للعمل المشترك؛
