In paragraph 58, in connection with item 166 of the draft agenda, entitled " Enhancing and expanding the functions and powers of the General Assembly " , the General Committee decided to postpone its consideration of the question of the inclusion of this item to a later date.
وفي الفقرة 58، وفي ما يتعلق بالبند 166 من مشروع جدول الأعمال، المعنون، " تعزيز وتوسيع وظائف وسلطات الجمعية العامة " ، قرر المكتب إرجاء نظره في مسألة إدراج هذا البند إلى موعد لاحق.

In accordance with rule 43 of the rules of procedure, the representative of the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya made a statement, in the course of which he requested the inclusion of item 166 entitled " Enhancing and expanding the functions and powers of the General Assembly " (A/65/194).
وفقا للمادة 43 من النظام الداخلي، أدلى ممثل الجماهيرية العربية الليبية ببيان طلب فيه إدراج البند 166 المعنون " تعزيز وتوسيع وظائف وسلطات الجمعية العامة " (A/65/194).

In accordance with the rules of procedure of the General Assembly, rule 14, I have the honour to request the inclusion in the agenda of the sixty-fifth session of the General Assembly of a supplementary item entitled " Enhancing and expanding the functions and powers of the United Nations General Assembly " .
