He had taken note of the comments made by many delegations on the method of establishment of the court, as well as the view that, in defining the relationship of the court with the United Nations, problems such as the court's independence and financial questions should be borne in mind.
وقد أحاط الوفد اﻷلباني علما بالملاحظات التي قدمتها الوفود حول طرائق إنشاء المحكمة، وكذلك الرأي الداعي الى ضرورة أخذ مشاكل مثل استقلال المحكمة والمسائل المالية في الاعتبار، من أجل تحديد علاقات المحكمة باﻷمم المتحدة.

With regard to management issues, ACC decided that its Consultative Committee on Administrative Questions should have senior-level representation and be assisted by two components dealing, respectively, with personnel and financial questions.

The Chairman: I should now like to draw the Committee's attention to the relevant rules and recommendations of the General Assembly affecting the work of the Main Committees, including those contained in decision 34/401, especially the provisions dealing with explanations of vote, rights of reply and budgetary and financial questions, which I intend to apply with the cooperation and assistance of all members of the First Committee.
