The present report is submitted pursuant to a request made by the General Assembly to the Secretary-General in its resolution 65/213 to submit a report on the latest developments, challenges and good practices in human rights in the administration of justice, as well as the activities undertaken by the United Nations system as a whole.

1. In its resolution 65/213, the General Assembly requested the Secretary-General to submit to the General Assembly at its sixty-seventh session a report on the latest developments, challenges and good practices in human rights in the administration of justice, as well as the activities undertaken by the United Nations system as a whole.
1 - طلبت الجمعية العامة، في قرارها 65/213، إلى الأمين العام أن يقدم إلى الجمعية العامة، في دورتها السابعة والستين، تقريرا عن آخر التطورات والتحديات والممارسات السليمة فيما يتعلق بحقوق الإنسان في مجال إقامة العدل، وعن الأنشطة التي اضطلعت بها منظومة الأمم المتحدة ككل.

18. Requests the Secretary-General to submit a report to the Council at its thirteenth session on the latest developments, challenges and good practices in human rights in the administration of justice, including juvenile justice and conditions for women and children in detention, as well as in the activities undertaken by the United Nations system as a whole;
