وتقدم المنح الدراسية وغيرها من المنح بدون تفرقة حسب نوع الجنس والأصل الإثني، غير أن مشاركة المرأة في التعليم المهني والتعليم التقني العالي منخفضة جدا في الوقت الحالي.

While girls enrolment in primary and secondary education is encouraging with decrease in drop out rates, it is important to promote higher education for girl students with particular emphasis on vocational and higher technical education.
ورغم أن التحاق الفتيات بالتعليم الابتدائي والثانوي مع انخفاض معدلات التسيب أمر مشجع، إلا أن مما له أهميته تشجيع التلميذات على متابعة التعليم العالي مع التشديد بصورة خاصة على التدريب المهني والتعليم التقني العالي.

The same conditions for career and vocational guidance, for access to studies and for the achievement of diplomas in educational establishments of all categories in rural as well as in urban areas; this equality shall be ensured in pre-school, general, technical, professional and higher technical education, as well as in all types of vocational training;
10/أ - نفس الظروف للتوجيه الوظيفي والمهني وللوصول إلى الدراسات والحصول على الدرجات العلمية في المؤسسات التعليمية من جميع الفئات في المناطق الريفية والحضرية على السواء. وتكون هذه المساواة مكفولة فيما قبل المدرسة وفى التعليم العام والتقني والمهني والتعليم التقني العالي وكذلك في جميع أنواع التدريب المهني " .
