I would also like to commend the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) for its recent comprehensive report, contained in document A/62/97, which reflects a broad range of activities carried out by the United Nations system, international institutions and civil society in implementing various programmes and initiatives to promote and implement the Programme of Action on a Culture of Peace.
