6- تؤكد ضرورة أن تكفل النظم القانونية الوطنية إنصاف ضحايا التعذيب وغيره من ضروب المعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة، ومنحهم تعويضاً عادلاً وكافياً، وإعادة تأهيلهم اجتماعياً وطبياً على النحو المناسب، وتشجع في هذا الصدد على إنشاء مراكز لتأهيل ضحايا التعذيب؛

Acknowledges the role of the United Nations Special Rapporteur on adequate housing as a component of the right to an adequate standard of living and, in this regard, encourages the United Nations Human Settlements Programme to strengthen coordination with the office of the Special Rapporteur;
