Reiterates the role of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development in addressing commodities issues in a comprehensive way in accordance with relevant General Assembly resolutions and the provisions of the São Paulo Consensus, and in this regard invites the developed countries to provide additional resources to enable the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development to undertake those activities;

10. Welcomes the fact that both the United Nations and the OAU have agreed to strengthen and broaden their cooperation on measures to prevent and resolve conflicts in Africa, and in this regard invites the Secretary-General to:

5. Also notes the importance of adequate representation from developing countries in the meetings of the subcommittees and working groups, and in this regard invites the Secretary-General to intensify efforts to seek appropriate resources;

Takes note of the lack of relevant statistical data on microfinance and microcredit programmes, particularly at the national and regional levels, and in this regard invites the international community, particularly the donor community, to support developing countries in collecting and preserving necessary statistical data and information on this issue;

Further decides that the Commission, as the central policymaking body within the United Nations system dealing with drug-related matters, shall lead this process by addressing all organizational and substantive matters in an open-ended manner, and in this regard invites the President of the General Assembly to support, guide and stay involved in the process;
7 - تقرر كذلك أن تتولى اللجنة، بصفتها الهيئة المركزية لتقرير السياسات التي تعنى بالمسائل المتعلقة بالمخدرات داخل منظومة الأمم المتحدة، قيادة هذه العملية بتناول جميع المسائل التنظيمية والموضوعية في مداولات مفتوحة، وتدعو في هذا الصدد رئيس الجمعية العامة أن يدعم العملية ويوجهها ويظل منخرطا فيها؛

Requests each Main Committee to further discuss its working methods at the beginning of every session, and in this regard invites the Chairs of the Main Committees to brief the Ad Hoc Working Group at the sixty-ninth session on any best practices and lessons learned with a view to improving working methods, as appropriate;
14 - تطلب إلى كل لجنة من اللجان الرئيسية مواصلة مناقشة أساليب عملها في بداية كل دورة، وتدعو في هذا الصدد رؤساء اللجان الرئيسية إلى أن يقدموا في الدورة التاسعة والستين إحاطة إلى الفريق العامل المخصص بشأن أفضل الممارسات والدروس المستفادة بهدف تحسين أساليب العمل حسب الاقتضاء؛

Encourages the human rights treaty bodies to continue to consider and review the Addis Ababa guidelines, inter alia, by seeking the views of States parties and other stakeholders on their development, and in this regard invites the Chairs of the treaty bodies to keep States parties updated on their implementation;
