72 - تلاحظ مع القلق استمرار تراكم القضايا التأديبية وعدم الانتهاء من البت في العديد من القضايا التأديبية في غضون فترة زمنية معقولة، وتحث في هذا الصدد الأمين العام على تكثيف جهوده لإنجاز القضايا التأديبية في الوقت المناسب وتصفية الكم المتبقي من القضايا المتراكمة في أقرب وقت ممكن؛

24. Stresses that debt relief should contribute to development objectives, including poverty reduction, and in this regard urges countries to direct those resources freed through debt relief, in particular through debt cancellation and reduction, towards these objectives;
٢٤ - تؤكد على ضرورة أن يسهم تخفيف عبء الديون في اﻷهداف اﻹنمائية، بما في ذلك تقليل الفقر، وتحث في هذا الصدد البلدان على توجيه الموارد التي يُفرج عنها من خلال تخفيف عبء الفقر، ولا سيما من خلال إلغاء الديون وتخفيفها، نحو تحقيق هذه اﻷهداف؛

Welcomes the actions already under way at the regional level to organize the activities of the United Nations system around thematic clusters covering the priority areas of the New Partnership, and in this regard urges the strengthening of this process as a means of enhancing the coordinated response of the United Nations system in support of the New Partnership;
27 - ترحب بالإجراءات التي تنفذ بالفعل على الصعيد الإقليمي لتنظيم أنشطة منظومة الأمم المتحدة في مجموعات مواضيعية تشمل المجالات ذات الأولوية في الشراكة الجديدة، وتحث في هذا الصدد على تعزيز هذه العملية كوسيلة لتعزيز الاستجابة المنسقة لمنظومة الأمم المتحدة دعما للشراكة الجديدة؛

Notes with concern the status of liabilities and reimbursements to troop- and formed police-contributing countries for their troops, formed police units, contingent-owned equipment and self-sustainment, emphasizes the importance of the full settlement of those liabilities, and, in this regard, urges all Member States to pay their assessed contributions on time, in full and without conditions.
تلاحظ مع القلق حالة الالتزامات إزاء البلدان المساهمة بقوات وبشرطة مشكلة والمبالغ المردودة لها مقابل استخدام قواتها ووحدات شرطتها المشكلة ومعداتها المملوكة للوحدات والدعم اللوجستي الذاتي، وتؤكد على أهمية التسوية التامة لتلك الالتزامات، وتحث في هذا الصدد جميع الدول الأعضاء على دفع اشتراكاتها المقررة بالكامل في حينها وبدون شروط.

7. Emphasizes the importance of combating impunity for threats, attacks and acts of intimidation against human rights defenders and their relatives, and in this regard urges States to take appropriate measures consistent with obligations under international law, in particular international human rights law and international humanitarian law;
7- تؤكد على أهمية مكافحة الإفلات من العقاب في حالات التهديد والاعتداء وأعمال الترهيب التي تمارس ضد المدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان، وتحث في هذا الصدد الدول على اتخاذ التدابير الملائمة بما يتمشى والتزاماتها بموجب القانون الدولي، وبخاصة قانون حقوق الإنسان الدولي والقانون الإنساني الدولي؛

12. Welcomes the continuing trend of declining financial exposure in audits for projects executed by non-governmental organizations and/or national governments, and, in this regard, urges UNDP to sustain its efforts, as well as to ensure the timely submission of audit reports;
12 - يرحب باستمرار اتجاه تدني المخاطر المالية في مراجعات حسابات المشاريع التي تنفذها منظمات غير حكومية و/أو حكومات وطنية، ويحث في هذا الصدد البرنامج الإنمائي على مواصلة جهوده وكذا كفالة تقديم تقارير مراجعة الحسابات في مواعيدها؛

3. Recognizes that many countries still face challenges in the five focus areas, and in this regard urges UNICEF to continue to strengthen its support to these countries, in particular in developing national capacities, with a view to tackling the remaining challenges;
