In proclaiming the Third Decade to Combat Racism and Racial Discrimination, the General Assembly had urged all Governments to take all necessary measures to combat new forms of racism, in particular by adapting constantly the means provided to combat them, especially in the legislative, administrative, educational and information fields.
وأضاف أن الجمعية العامة قامت، من خلال إعلانها العقد الثالث لمكافحة العنصرية والتمييز العنصري، بحث كافة الحكومات على اتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة لمكافحة اﻷشكال الجديدة للعنصرية، بصورة خاصة عن طريق التكييف المستمر لما يتاح من سبل لمكافحتها، لا سيما في الميادين التشريعية، واﻹدارية، والتعليمية واﻹعلامية.

79. The decree, which came into force on 23 March 1995, is consistent with General Assembly resolution 49/146, which urges all Governments to take all necessary measures to combat new forms of racism, in particular by adapting constantly the means provided to combat them, especially in the legislative, administrative, educational and information fields.
٩٧- ويتفق القرار الذي دخل حيز التنفيذ في ٣٢ آذار/مارس ٥٩٩١، مع قرار الجمعية ٩٤/٦٤١ الذي يحث جميع الحكومات على اتخاذ التدابير اللازمة لمكافحة أشكال العنصرية الجديدة وخاصة بتعديل الوسائل تعديلا مستمرا لهذا الغرض وخاصة في الميادين التشريعية واﻹدارية والتعليمية واﻹعلامية.
