Notes the offer of the Government of Nepal to host a ministerial meeting of the Asia-Pacific least developed countries on graduation and the post-2015 development agenda in Kathmandu from 16 to 18 December 2014, and looks forward to a successful outcome agreed upon by the ministers of those countries that reflects their various issues and concerns;
