To cope with the problem of financing, an appeal is made, in paragraph 5, to Member States, as well as to international governmental and non-governmental organizations and foundations, to make more substantial voluntary contributions to the special fund set put for that purpose in order to revitalize the two Centres, strengthen their programmes of activities and facilitate the effective implementation of these programmes.
وبغية احتواء مشكلة التمويل، نوشدت الدول اﻷعضاء فــــي الفقــــرة ٥، فضلا عن المنظمات والمؤسسات الحكومية وغير الحكومية الدولية، أن تقدم تبرعات أكبر للصنــدوق الخاص المنشأ لذلك الغرض ﻹعادة تنشيط المركزيــــن، وتعزيز برامج أنشطتهما، وتيسير تنفيذ هـــذه البرامج بفعالية.
