He therefore officially requested the Chairman of the Fourth Committee to bring that matter to the attention of the Secretary-General, and of the Director-General of the United Nations Office at Vienna, in order to convey to them the Committee’s concern that the human resources of the Outer Space Affairs Division should remain unaffected.
