27. The Committee is concerned that rural women, as well as ethnic minority women, particularly Roma and Albanian women, remain in a vulnerable and marginalized situation, in particular with regard to access to education, health, employment and participation in political and public life.

The Committee requests the State party to provide, in its next report, a comprehensive picture of the de facto situation of rural women, as well as of ethnic minority women, in particular Roma women, in the areas of education, health, employment and participation in political and public life, and of the efforts of the Government to eliminate discrimination against these women.
وتطلب اللجنة من الدولة الطرف أن تقدم في تقريرها المقبل، صورة شاملة عن الحالة الفعلية للريفيات بالإضافة إلى نساء الأقليات الإثنية، ولا سيما نساء طائفة الروما، في مجالات التعليم والصحة والعمالة والمشاركة في الحياة السياسية والعامة ولجهود الحكومة الرامية إلى القضاء على التمييز ضد هذه الفئات من النساء.

It notes that such discriminatory attitudes and stereotypes constitute serious obstacles to the fulfilment of the rights enshrined in the Convention and contribute to women's disadvantaged position in the areas of education, employment, health and participation in political and public life.

36. The Committee is concerned about the vulnerability of women of African descent, elderly women, rural women and women with disabilities, as well as about obstacles preventing them from enjoying basic rights, such as access to health-care services, social benefits, education and participation in political and public life.
36 - يساور اللجنة القلق إزاء ضعف النساء المنحدرات من أصل أفريقي، والمسنات، والنساء الريفيات والنساء ذوات الإعاقة، فضلاً عن العقبات التي تحول دون تمتعهن بحقوق أساسية، مثل الحصول على خدمات الرعاية الصحية والاستحقاقات الاجتماعية، والتعليم والمشاركة في الحياة السياسية والعامة.

32. The Committee is concerned about the social exclusion and vulnerability of women belonging to the Muslim community in Thrace, Roma women, migrant women, rural women, as well as about obstacles preventing them from enjoying basic rights, such as access to health-care services, social benefits, education and participation in political and public life.
32- يساور القلق اللجنة إزاء الإقصاء الاجتماعي وضعف حال النساء من الطائفة المسلمة في ثراس ونساء الروما والنساء المهاجرات ونساء الأرياف، كما يساورها القلق إزاء العقبات التي تمنعهن من التمتع بحقوقهن الأساسية كالحصول على خدمات الرعاية الصحية والاستفادة من المزايا الاجتماعية ومن التعليم والمشاركة في الحياة السياسية والعامة.

(c) Seek support from United Nations agencies and development partners to apply temporary special measures in addressing the specific needs of women, in fields such as health, education, employment and participation in political and public life at the decision-making level.
(ج) التماس مساعدة وكالات الأمم المتحدة والشركاء في التنمية لتطبيق تدابير خاصة مؤقتة بغية تلبية احتياجات النساء الخاصة في مجالات الصحة والتعليم والعمل والمشاركة في الحياة السياسية والعامة على مستوى صنع القرار.

ولاحظت اللجنة المعنية بالقضاء على التمييز ضد المرأة مع القلق أن نساء وفتيات الروما ما زلن يعشن حالة من الضعف والتهميش، وبوجه خاص فيما يتعلق بحصولهن على فرص التعليم والصحة والمسكن والعمالة ووثائق الهوية الرسمية والمشاركة في الحياة السياسية والعامة(46).

CEDAW expressed concern about the lack of policies and programmes for ethnic and minority women and girls, who may suffer from multiple forms of discrimination, in particular with regard to access to education, health, employment and participation in political and public life.
13- وأعربت لجنة القضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة عن قلقها إزاء عدم وجود سياسات وبرامج مخصصة للنساء والفتيات المنتميات إلى أقليات عرقية وغيرها من الأقليات من اللواتي قد يعانين من التمييز بشتى أشكاله، ولا سيما فيما يتعلق بإمكانية الحصول على التعليم والخدمات الصحية والعمل والمشاركة في الحياة السياسية والعامة(39).
