During the current reporting period from 1 August 2008 through 31 July 2009, the Ethics Office continued to receive a significant volume of demand for its services, with a total of 434 requests, covering a broad range of ethics issues, from outside activities, gift acceptance, policy advice, standard-setting support, to financial disclosure and protection against retaliation.
