This Article states " the States Parties shall not impose undue restrictions on the provision of mine clearance equipment and related technological information for humanitarian purposes. "
وتنص هذه المادة على أن " لا تفرض الدول الأطراف قيوداً لا داعي لها على توفير معدات إزالة الألغام والمعلومات التكنولوجية ذات الصلة لأغراض إنسانية " .

23. In line with Article 11 paragraph 1 of the Protocol, which stipulates, inter alia, that the High Contracting Parties should not impose undue restrictions on the provision of mine clearance equipment and related technological information for humanitarian purposes, IMSMA has the capacity to store the information provided by the parties related to laid minefields and devices used by any party involved in the conflict.
23- وتماشياً مع الفقرة 1 من المادة 11 من البروتوكول، التي تنص، في جملة أمور، على ضرورة ألا تفرض الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية قيوداً لا لزوم لها على توفير المعدات والمعلومات التكنولوجية ذات الصلة اللازمة لكسح الألغام لأسباب إنسانية، يملك نظام إدارة المعلومات لأغراض مكافحة الألغام السعة اللازمة لتخزين المعلومات التي تقدمها الأطراف بشأن حقول الألغام المزروعة والأجهزة التي يستخدمها أي طرف في النزاع.
