The Committee recommends that the State party appropriately integrate the general principles of the Convention, in particular the provisions of articles 2, 3, 6 and 12, in all relevant legislation concerning children and apply them in all political, judicial and administrative decisions, as well as in projects, programmes and services which have an impact on all children.

The State party should ensure that the best interests of the child is a primary concern, taken into account in all revisions of the legislation as well as in judicial and administrative decisions, and in projects, programmes and services which have an impact on children.
وينبغي للدولة الطرف إيلاء الاعتبار الرئيسي لمصالح الطفل الفُضلى ومراعاتها في جميع التنقيحات التي تُدخل على التشريعات، وفي القرارات القضائية والإدارية، وفي المشاريع والبرامج والخدمات التي تمس الأطفال.
