121- وأعربت وفود أخرى عن خشيتها من أن يعرّض وضع أسلحة في الفضاء الخارجي الرحلات الفضائية المأهولة والبنى التحتية الفضائية والأنشطة الفضائية وكذلك استخدام الفضاء الخارجي لأغراض سلمية إلى خطر أشد من خطر الحطام الفضائي.
