كما ينبغي أن يسفر مؤتمر اسطنبول عن إطار عمل جديد للشراكة المتعلقة بالتنمية المستدامة والنمو الاقتصادي المطرد لأقل البلدان نمواً وأن ينص على اندماجها التدريجي في الاقتصاد العالمي.
