For the above-mentioned reasons, the Committee finds that the author has not provided substantial grounds for believing that he would be in danger of being tortured were he to be returned to Sri Lanka and that such danger is personal and present.
وللأسباب الوارد ذكرها أعلاه، تجد اللجنة أن مقدم البلاغ لم يوفر الأسباب الجوهرية التي تدعو إلى الاعتقاد بأنه قد يعرّض للتعذيب عند عودته إلى سري لانكا وبأن هذا الخطر خطر ماثل يتهدده شخصياً.
