9. The SCF further recommends that the COP agree to the draft arrangements between the COP and the GCF contained in annex III, following the previous agreement by the Board of the GCF on the draft arrangements at its 5th meeting.

103. The COP further recognized, by decision 7/CP.18, that the provisions contained in Article 11, paragraph 3, and the governing instrument of the GCF, contained in the annex to decision 3/CP.17, form the basis for arrangements between the COP and the GCF.

23. By decision 7/CP.18, the COP requested the SCF and the Board of the GCF to develop arrangements between the COP and the GCF in accordance with the governing instrument of the GCF and Article 11, paragraph 3, of the Convention for agreement by the Board of the GCF and subsequent agreement by COP 19.

105. The President invited Parties to consider the draft arrangements between the COP and the GCF developed by the Standing Committee on Finance and the GCF Board and subsequently agreed by the GCF Board at its 5th meeting, contained in annex III to the report of the Standing Committee on Finance.

(b) Encourage the Adaptation Fund, the GEF and the GCF to enhance their consideration of local, indigenous and traditional knowledge and practices and their integration into adaptation planning and practices, as well as procedures for monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
