This encourages the " Greater Albania " aspirations, to the detriment of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, as well as instability and tension in the region, which is contrary to the principles of the Charter of the United Nations and the Helsinki Final Act.
ومن شأن ذلك أن يشجع طموحات " البانيا العظمى " مما يلحق الضرر بسيادة جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية ووحدة أراضيها، فضلا عن زعزعة الاستقرار وإشاعة التوتر في المنطقة، وذلك أمر يتنافى مع مبادئ ميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة ووثيقة هلسنكي الختامية.

It is noteworthy that the international community has continuously shown interest over the decades in protecting human rights and fundamental liberties, including respect for freedom of conscience and of religion, in major documents such as: the Universal Declaration of Human Rights; the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the Helsinki Final Act of the Conference on European Security and Cooperation.
ومن الجدير بالذكر أن المجتمع الدولي أبدى اهتماما متواصلا على مر العقود بحماية حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية، بما فيها احترام حرية الضمير وحرية الدين، في وثائق رئيسية مثل الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان والعهد الدولي الخاص للحقوق المدنية والسياسية ووثيقة هلسنكي الختامية لمؤتمر الأمن والتعاون الأوروبي.

These provocative actions contradict the spirit of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Minsk Group negotiation process, all previous statements made by the presidents of the countries co-chairing the OSCE Minsk Group, France, the Russian Federation and the United States of America, as well as basic international documents, such as the Charter of the United Nations and the Helsinki Final Act.
