Considering that the pertinent work undertaken by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights and the Human Rights Section of the United Nations Organization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo is mutually reinforcing with that of the thematic special procedures,
وإذ يعتبر أن العمل ذا الصلة الذي تضطلع به مفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان ويضطلع به قسم حقوق الإنسان في بعثة منظمة الأمم المتحدة في جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية يعزز ويكمّل العمل الذي تقوم به الإجراءات الخاصة المواضيعية،

Considering that the pertinent work undertaken by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights and the Human Rights Section of the United Nations Organization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo is complementary to that of the thematic special rapporteurs and must be sufficiently reinforced,
وإذ يعتبر أن العمل ذا الصلة الذي تضطلع به مفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان وقسم حقوق الإنسان في بعثة منظمة الأمم المتحدة في جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية مكمّل لعمل المقررين الخاصين المعنيين بمواضيع محددة ويجب تعزيزه بصورة كافية،

" (c) To comply fully with its obligations under international human rights instruments and, accordingly, to continue to cooperate with United Nations mechanisms for the protection of human rights and further strengthen its cooperation with the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights and the Human Rights Section of the United Nations Organization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo;
