30. The General Assembly convened a commemorative high-level plenary meeting to evaluate progress made in the implementation of the Declaration and the Plan of Action contained in the document entitled " A world fit for children " in December 2007.
30 - عقدت الجمعية العامة، في كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2007، اجتماعا عاما تذكاريا رفيع المستوى لتقييم التقدم المحرز نحو تنفيذ الإعلان وخطة العمل الواردين في الوثيقة المعنونة " عالم صالح للأطفال " ().

" 3. Commends the work of the International Framework of Action for the International Decade for Natural Disaster Reduction, in particular its contribution to the implementation of the Yokohama Strategy for a Safer World and the Plan of Action contained therein;
" ٣ - يشيد بأعمال إطار العمل الدولي للعقد الدولي للحد من الكوارث الطبيعية، ولا سيما مساهمته في تنفيذ استراتيجية يوكوهاما من أجل عالم أكثر أمنا وخطة العمل الواردة فيها؛

On 19 December 1991, at its forty-sixth session, the General Assembly adopted resolution 46/181, entitled " International Decade for the Eradication of Colonialism " , and the Plan of Action contained in the annex to the report of the Secretary-General dated 13 December 1991 (A/46/634/Rev.1 and Corr.1).

Cuba reaffirms its steadfast commitment to the Declaration and the Plan of Action contained in the document entitled " A world fit for children " (resolution S-27/2, annex).

The General Committee took note of paragraph 1 of resolution 61/272 by which the General Assembly decided to convene a commemorative high-level plenary meeting to evaluate progress made in the implementation of the Declaration and the Plan of Action contained in the document entitled " A world fit for children " on 11 and 12 December 2007.
أحاط المكتب علما بالفقرة 1 من القرار 61/272 التي قررت الجمعية العامة بموجبها عقد اجتماع عام تذكاري رفيع المستوى لتقييم التقدم المحرز في تنفيذ الإعلان وخطة العمل الواردين في الوثيقة المعنونة " عالم صالح للأطفال " في 11 و 12 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2007.

2. The commemorative high-level plenary session of the General Assembly held from 11 to 13 December 2007 reaffirmed the commitment of Governments to the full implementation of the Declaration and the Plan of Action contained in the world fit for children document.
2 - وكررت الجلسات التذكارية العامة الرفيعة المستوى التي عقدتها الجمعية العامة في الفترة من 11 إلى 13 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2007، تأكيدها على التزام الحكومات بالتنفيذ الكامل للإعلان وخطة العمل الواردين في وثيقة عالم صالح للأطفال.

Reaffirming the Declaration and the Plan of Action contained in the final document of the special session of the General Assembly on children, entitled " A world fit for children " , and recognizing that their implementation is a major contribution to protecting the rights and promoting the well-being of children,
إذ تؤكد من جديد الإعلان وخطة العمل الواردين في الوثيقة الختامية لدورة الجمعية العامة الاستثنائية المعنية بالطفل، المعنونة " عالم صالح للأطفال " ()، وإذ تسلم بأن تنفيذهما يمثل مساهمة كبرى في حماية حقوق الطفل وتعزيز رفاهه،

" 7. Expresses its concern about the continuing financial limitations with regard to effective support for the International Framework of Action for the Decade and in relation to the national, subregional, regional and international activities for the implementation of the Yokohama Strategy and the Plan of Action contained therein, as endorsed by the General Assembly in its resolution 49/22 A;
" ٧ - يعرب عن قلقه إزاء استمرار القيود المالية فيما يتعلق بالدعم الفعال ﻹطار العمل الدولي للعقد وبالنسبة إلى اﻷنشطة الوطنية ودون الاقليمية والاقليمية والدولية من أجل تنفيذ استراتيجية يوكوهاما وخطة العمل الواردة فيها التي أيدتها الجمعية العامة في قرارها ٩٤/٢٢ ألف؛

38. In order further to strengthen activities relating to the International Decade for Natural Disaster Reduction, efforts must be made to translate the Yokohama Strategy for a Safer World: Guidelines for Natural Disaster Prevention, Preparedness and Mitigation and the Plan of Action contained therein into concrete activities to be carried out with international cooperation at the domestic, regional and international levels.
٣٨ - ودعا إلى بذل جهود من أجل زيادة تعزيز اﻷنشطة المتصلة بالعقد الدولي للحد من الكوارث الطبيعية. عن طريق ترجمة استراتيجية يوكوهوما من أجل عالم أكثر أمنا: خطوط إرشادية لمنع الكوارث الطبيعية، وخطة العمل الواردة بها إلى أنشطة ملموسة تنفذ عن طريق التعاون الدولي وعلى اﻷصعدة المحلية واﻹقليمية والدولية.

4. Calls upon Member States, relevant intergovernmental bodies and all others involved in the Decade to participate actively in the financial and technical support of Decade activities, in order to ensure the implementation of the International Framework of Action for the Decade, in particular with a view to translating the Yokohama Strategy and the Plan of Action contained therein into concrete disaster reduction programmes and activities;
٤ - تطلب إلى الدول اﻷعضاء والهيئات الحكومية الدولية ذات الصلة وسائر المعنيين بالعقد المشاركة بنشاط في دعم أنشطة العقد ماليا وتقنيا، مما يكفل تنفيذ إطار العمل الدولي للعقد، ولا سيما بغية ترجمة استراتيجية يوكوهاما وخطة العمل الواردة فيها إلى برامج وأنشطة ملموسة للحد من الكوارث؛

7. Expresses its concern about the continuing financial limitations with regard to effective support for the International Framework of Action for the Decade and in relation to the national, subregional, regional and international activities for the implementation of the Yokohama Strategy and the Plan of Action contained therein, as endorsed by the General Assembly in its resolution 49/22 A;
٧ - يعرب عن قلقه إزاء استمرار القيود المالية فيما يتعلق بالدعم الفعال ﻹطار العمل الدولي للعقد وبالنسبة إلى اﻷنشطة الوطنية ودون الاقليمية والاقليمية والدولية من أجل تنفيذ استراتيجية يوكوهاما وخطة العمل الواردة فيها حسبما أيدتها الجمعية العامة في قرارها ٩٤/٢٢ ألف؛

4. On 19 December 1991, at its forty-sixth session, the General Assembly adopted resolution 46/181, entitled " International Decade for the Eradication of Colonialism " , and the Plan of Action contained in the annex to the report of the Secretary-General dated 13 December 1991 (A/46/634/Rev.1 and Corr.1).

At its forty-sixth session, the General Assembly adopted resolution 46/181 of 19 December 1991 on the International Decade for the Eradication of Colonialism, and the Plan of Action contained in the report of the Secretary-General (A/46/634/Rev.1 and Corr.1) aimed at ushering in, in the twenty-first century, a world free from colonialism.
2 - واتخذت الجمعية العامة، في دورتها السادسة والأربعين، القرار 46/181 المؤرخ 19 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1991 بشأن العقد الدولي للقضاء على الاستعمار، واعتمدت خطة العمل الواردة في تقرير الأمين العام (A/46/634/Rev.1 و Corr.1) التي تستهدف تحقيق عالم خال من الاستعمار مع مقدم القرن الحادي والعشرين.
