The programme and budget of the Centre shall be drawn up by the Managing Director, after consultation with the Chairperson of the Steering Committee and the Rector and after having considered the recommendations of the International Scientific Committee.
يتولى المدير الإداري صوغ برنامج المركز وميزانيته، بعد التشاور مع رئيس اللجنة التوجيهية والعميد وبعد النظر في توصيات اللجنة العلمية الدولية.

Welcomes the progress made by the University in contributing to the work of the United Nations, and requests the Council and the Rector to continue intensifying their efforts to improve the University’s interaction and communication with other relevant bodies of the United Nations system and to continue their efforts to avoid unnecessary duplication of work within the system;

The composition of the Committee shall be decided by the Director-General of UNIDO, taking into consideration the proposals of the Steering Committee, the Managing Director and the Rector referred to in Article VIII. The Director-General of UNIDO or his representative shall be entitled to participate in the work of the Committee.
2- يقرّر المدير العام لليونيدو تركيبة اللجنة، آخذا في اعتباره اقتراحات اللجنة التوجيهية والمدير الإداري والعميد المشار اليه في المادة الثامنة. ويحق للمدير العام لليونيدو أو ممثله أن يشارك في أعمال اللجنة.
