١١٦ - وتُشجَع الدولة الطرف على مواصلة الاصلاحات التشريعية واتخاذ التدابير التي تترجم المبادئ العامة للاتفاقية إلى ممارسة عملية، وبخاصة مبدأ عدم التمييز ضد اﻷطفال الذين يولدون خارج رباط الزواج، ومبدأ المصالح الفضلى للطفل وحق الطفل في التعبير عن آرائه بحرية.

The State party should pursue its efforts with a view to fully reflecting in its legislation and practice the provisions and principles of the Convention, in particular the principles of non-discrimination, the best interests of the child and the right of the child to express freely his or her views.
٦٧٥- وينبغي أن تواصل الدولة الطرف جهودها بغية التعبير التام في تشريعاتها وممارساتها، عن أحكام ومبادئ الاتفاقية، ولا سيما مبادئ عدم التمييز، ومصالح الطفل الفضلى، وحق الطفل في التعبير بحرية عن آرائه/أو آرائها.

14. 40. 4. Peace education-related activities in UNICEF are guided by the Millennium Development Goals and by human rights principles, such as those from the Convention on the Rights of the Child, namely the best interests of the child, non-discrimination and the right of the child to participate and be listened to.
