The State party should terminate practices contrary to article 7 and bring prison conditions into line with article 10 of the Covenant and the United Nations Standard Minimum Rules for the Treatment of Prisoners.
ينبغي للدولة الطرف أن تنهي الممارسات المخالفة للمادة 7 وأن تعدِّل أحوال السجون بما يتفق مع أحكام المادة 10 من العهد وقواعد الأمم المتحدة النموذجية الدنيا لمعاملة السجناء.

Taking into account the provisions of the Convention and the United Nations Standard Minimum Rules for the Treatment of Prisoners, the Committee urges the State party to:
تضع اللجنة في اعتبارها أحكام الاتفاقية وقواعد الأمم المتحدة الدنيا النموذجية لمعاملة السجناء، وتحثّ الدولة الطرف على القيام بما يلي:

(g) Prisoners and detainees are provided with sufficient and safe water for their daily individual requirements, taking note of the requirements of international humanitarian law and the United Nations Standard Minimum Rules for the Treatment of Prisoners;
(ز) أن يتم توفير الماء الكافي والمأمون للسجناء والمحتجزين للوفاء بمتطلباتهم الفردية اليومية، مع مراعاة متطلبات القانون الإنساني الدولي ومعايير الأمم المتحدة الدنيا المعيارية لمعاملة السجناء(18)؛

The State party should expedite its efforts to reduce overcrowding in places of detention, including by resorting to alternatives to imprisonment, and improve conditions of detention, particularly with regard to medical care, in accordance with the Covenant and the United Nations Standard Minimum Rules for the Treatment of Prisoners.
ينبغي أن تعجّل الدولة الطرف بجهودها الرامية إلى خفض الاكتظاظ في أماكن الاحتجاز، بوسائل منها إيجاد بدائل للسجن، وتحسين أوضاع الاحتجاز وخاصة فيما يتعلق بالرعاية الطبية، وذلك عملاً بأحكام العهد وبقواعد الأمم المتحدة الدنيا النموذجية لمعاملة السجناء.

These practices violate article 9 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the United Nations Standard Minimum Rules for the Treatment of Prisoners.
وهذه الممارسات تنتهك المادة 9 من العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية وقواعد الأمم المتحدة النموذجية الدنيا لمعاملة السجناء.

The State party should provide detailed information on the training provided to all law enforcement personnel and prison's staff specifically on the provisions of the Convention and the United Nations Standard Minimum Rules for the Treatment of Prisoners.
ينبغي أن تقدم الدولة الطرف معلومات مفصلة حول التدريب الذي توفره لجميع الموظفين المكلفين بإنفاذ القانون وموظفي السجون فيما يتعلق تحديداً بأحكام الاتفاقية، وقواعد الأمم المتحدة النموذجية الدنيا لمعاملة السجناء.

The State party should take all necessary steps to improve prison conditions and ensure that the treatment of detainees and prisoners in detention facilities and prisons is in line with the Covenant and the United Nations Standard Minimum Rules for the Treatment of Prisoners.
كما ينبغي لها اتخاذ كل الخطوات الضرورية من أجل تحسين الظروف داخل السجون وضمان معاملة المحتجزين والسجناء في مرافق الاحتجاز والسجون وفقاً لأحكام العهد وقواعد الأمم المتحدة النموذجية الدنيا لمعاملة السجناء.

The State party should take concrete steps to improve the treatment of prisoners and conditions in prisons and detention facilities in line with the Covenant and the United Nations Standard Minimum Rules for the Treatment of Prisoners, including with regard to their timely access to adequate health services.
ينبغي للدولة الطرف أن تتخذ تدابير ملموسة لتحسين معاملة السجناء والأوضاع السائدة في السجون ومرافق الاحتجاز بما يتفق مع أحكام العهد وقواعد الأمم المتحدة النموذجية الدنيا لمعاملة السجناء، بما في ذلك الاستفادة من الخدمات الصحية المناسبة والموفرة في حينها.

The State party should take all necessary steps to improve prison conditions and ensure that the treatment of detainees and prisoners in detention facilities and prisons is in line with the Covenant and the United Nations Standard Minimum Rules for the Treatment of Prisoners.
كما ينبغي عليها اتخاذ كل الخطوات الضرورية من أجل تحسين الظروف داخل السجون وضمان معاملة المحتجزين والسجناء في مرافق الاحتجاز والسجون وفقاً لأحكام العهد وقواعد الأمم المتحدة النموذجية الدنيا لمعاملة السجناء.

It recommended to continue its efforts to improve the juvenile justice system in conformity with the Convention and the United Nations Standard Minimum Rules for the Administration of Juvenile Justice and adopt the rules of procedure for the functioning of the new juvenile justice system.
وأوصت بمواصلة الجهود لتحسين نظام قضاء الأحداث وفقاً لأحكام الاتفاقية وقواعد الأمم المتحدة النموذجية الدنيا لإدارة شؤون قضاء الأحداث، واعتماد النظام الداخلي لسير عمل نظام قضاء الأحداث الجديد(67).

It was necessary to implement the relevant international instruments and standards such as the Convention on the Rights of the Child and the United Nations Standard Minimum Rules for the Administration of Juvenile Justice (the Beijing Rules) (General Assembly resolution 40/33, annex).
