40. Lastly, the Group urged UNIDO to cooperate fully with the International Centre for Science and High Technology (ICS), and would welcome regular information in that regard in terms of outputs and their impact on the developing countries and countries with economies in transition.

At the 20th meeting, on 28 October, the representative of the United Republic of Tanzania, on behalf of the States Members of the United Nations that are members of the Group of 77 and China, introduced a draft resolution entitled " Global financial flows and their impact on the developing countries " (A/C.2/52/L.4), which read:
