7- طلبت الجمعية العامة، في قرارها 68/185، إلى الأمين العام أن يشرع في تنظيم الاجتماعات التحضيرية الإقليمية الأربعة للمؤتمر الثالث عشر وأن يوفِّر الموارد اللازمة لمشاركة أقل البلدان نموًّا في تلك الاجتماعات، وفقاً للممارسة المتبعة سابقاً.

The General Assembly also requested the Secretary-General to facilitate the organization of the regional preparatory meetings and to make available the necessary resources for the participation of the least developed countries in those meetings and in the Thirteenth Congress itself, in accordance with past practice and in consultation with Member States.
6- كما طلبت إلى الأمين العام أن ييسر تنظيم الاجتماعات التحضيرية الإقليمية وأن يوفر الموارد الضرورية لمشاركة أقل البلدان نموا في تلك الاجتماعات وفي المؤتمر الثالث عشر نفسه، وفقا للعرف المتبع وبالتشاور مع الدول الأعضاء.
