The labor law gives power to the Ministry of labor and human welfare under Article 84/85 to issue regulations pertaining social security and to present to the National Assembly a draft law governing the establishment and/or management of provident fund for employees.

The present report is submitted in accordance with Human Rights Council resolution 17/24, in which the Council requested the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to monitor the human rights situation in Belarus and to present to the Council, in an interactive dialogue at its twentieth session, a comprehensive report on the human rights situation in Belarus following the presidential election of 19 December 2010.

Noting Commission on Human Rights resolution 1998/26, in which the Commission invited the Committee to give high priority to the preparatory process for the World Conference and to present to the Commission at its fifty-fifth session and to the Preparatory Committee its contribution to the objectives of the Conference, including undertaking a series of studies, and to participate actively in the preparatory process and in the Conference itself,

Requests the Secretary-General to keep the Council informed of significant developments and to present to the Council, as soon as appropriate, detailed recommendations on the role of the United Nations in support of the implementation of the inter-Tajik agreements and the adjustment of the mandate and strength of UNMOT;

1. Requests the Secretary-General to prepare, and to present to the Commission at its thirty-eighth session, a draft of the Platform for Action, following the structure and guidelines set out in the annex to the present resolution and in the results of the proposed inter-sessional working group;

I. Introduction 1. In its resolution 12/21, the Human Rights Council requested the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to convene a workshop on how a better understanding of traditional values of humankind underpinning international human rights norms and standards could contribute to the promotion and protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms, and to present to the Council a summary of the discussions.

In its resolution 12/21, the Council requested the High Commissioner to convene, in 2010, a workshop for an exchange of views on how a better understanding of traditional values of humankind underpinning international human rights norms and standards can contribute to the promotion and protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms and to present to the Council a summary of the discussions held at the workshop.

4. Requests the Administrator to continue to approve assistance to Myanmar on a project-by-project basis and to present to the Governing Council a report on the status of approval and implementation of new projects and recommendations for future programming, for its review at its forty-first session (1994).
٤ - يطلب إلى مدير البرنامج أن يستمر في إقرار المساعدة إلى ميانمار على اساس كل مشروع على حده وأن يقدم إلى مجلس اﻹدارة تقريرا عن حالة الموافقة على المشاريع الجديدة وتنفيذها باﻹضافة إلى توصيات بشأن البرمجة في المستقبل ليستعرضها المجلس في دورته الحادية واﻷربعين )١٩٩٤(.

(c) Request the Executive Director to report to the Executive Board on the implementation of the TAP during 2006-2007, and to present to the Board at its second regular session 2007, the new arrangements for the provision of technical assistance to programme countries during the period 2008-2011.
(ج) أن يطلب إلى المدير التنفيذي موافاة المجلس بتقرير عن تنفيذ برنامج المشورة التقنية خلال فترة السنتين 2006-2007، وأن يقدم إلى المجلس في جلسته العادية الثانية لعام 2007 الترتيبات الجديدة لتقديم المساعدة التقنية للبرامج القطرية خلال الفترة 2008-2011.

By its decision 6/COP.9 on the Joint Inspection Unit report on the assessment of the Global Mechanism (GM), the Conference of the Parties (COP) requested the Bureau of the Conference to undertake and supervise an evaluation of existing and potential reporting, accountability and institutional arrangements for the GM and to present to the COP at its tenth session (COP 10) a report on this evaluation for consideration and decision.
