١٤ - يطلب الى اﻷمين العام أن يوافي مجلس اﻷمن تباعا بالتطورات المتعلقة بتنفيذ أحكام اتفاق السلم العام وأن يقدم تقريرا عن المسألة الى مجلس اﻷمن قبل ٣١ تشرين اﻷول/اكتوبر ٣٩٩١ بوقت كاف؛

96. In its resolution 6/3 of 27 September 2007, the Council decided to request the independent expert on human rights and international solidarity to continue his work in the preparation of a draft declaration on the right of peoples and individuals to international solidarity and to submit a report on the implementation of resolution 6/3 at its ninth session, unless otherwise decided by the Council.
96- قرر المجلس، في قراره 6/3 المؤرخ 27 أيلول/سبتمبر 2007، أن يطلب إلى الخبير المستقل المعني بحقوق الإنسان والتضامن الدولي مواصلة عمله المتصل بإعداد مشروع إعلان بشأن حق الشعوب والأفراد في التضامن الدولي وأن يقدم تقريراً عن تنفيذ القرار 6/3 إلى المجلس في دورته التاسعة ما لم يقرر المجلس خلاف ذلك.

Requests the Secretariat to revise the draft model format in the light of those comments and to field test it and to submit a report on the experience to the Conference of the Parties at its first meeting;

The Secretary-General is requested under paragraph 9 to monitor the situation and to submit a report on the implementation of this draft resolution, within two months of its adoption, in particular on the cessation of the construction of the new settlement in Jabal Abu Ghneim as well as of all other illegal Israeli actions in occupied East Jerusalem and the rest of the occupied Palestinian territory.

The Assembly also requested the Secretary-General to seek the views of Member States on ways and means to strengthen, and to broaden participation in, the United Nations system for the standardized reporting of military expenditures and to submit a report on the subject to the General Assembly at its forty-ninth session.

In its resolution 7/5 of 27 March 2008, the Council requested the independent expert on human rights and international solidarity to continue work on the preparation of a draft declaration on the right of peoples and individuals to international solidarity and to submit a report on the implementation of that resolution to the Council at its ninth session, unless otherwise decided by the Council.
91- طلب المجلس، في قراره 7/5 المؤرخ 27 آذار/مارس 2008، إلى الخبير المستقل المعني بحقوق الإنسان والتضامن الدولي أن يواصل العمل من أجل إعداد مشروع إعلان بشأن حق الشعوب والأفراد في التضامن الدولي وأن يقدم تقريراً عن تنفيذ ذلك القرار إلى المجلس في دورته التاسعة، ما لم يقرر المجلس خلاف ذلك.

The present report is submitted in accordance with Human Rights Council resolution 6/3, which requested the independent expert on human rights and international solidarity to continue his work on the preparation of a draft declaration on the right of peoples and individuals to international solidarity and to submit a report on the implementation of that resolution at its ninth session.
يُقدَّم هذا التقرير وفقاً لقرار مجلس حقوق الإنسان 6/3 الذي طلب إلى الخبير المستقل المعني بحقوق الإنسان والتضامن الدولي أن يواصل عمله من أجل إعداد مشروع إعلان بشأن حق الشعوب والأفراد في التضامن الدولي وأن يقدم تقريراً عن تنفيذ هذا القرار إلى المجلس في دورته التاسعة.

29. 29- طلب المجلس، في قراره 7/5 المؤرخ 27 آذار/مارس 2008، إلى الخبير المستقل المعني بحقوق الإنسان والتضامن الدولي أن يواصل العمل من أجل إعداد مشروع إعلان بشأن حق الشعوب والأفراد في التضامن الدولي وأن يقدم تقريراً عن تنفيذ ذلك القرار إلى المجلس في دورته التاسعة، ما لم يقرر المجلس خلاف ذلك.

It also requested the Independent Expert to continue her work in the preparation of a draft declaration on the right of peoples and individuals to international solidarity and in further developing guidelines, standards, norms and principles and to submit a report on the implementation of that resolution to the Council at its twenty-first session.
وطلب أيضاً إلى الخبيرة المستقلة أن تواصل عملها المتعلق بإعداد مشروع إعلان بشأن حق الشعوب والأفراد في التضامن الدولي، وبمواصلة وضع مبادئ توجيهية ومعايير وقواعد ومبادئ، وأن تقدم تقريراً عن تنفيذ ذلك القرار إلى المجلس في دورته الحادية والعشرين.

16. Requests management to update the Executive Board on progress in implementing this decision and the key actions contained in the management responses, and to submit a report on the implementation of the evaluation recommendations to the second regular session 2013 of the Executive Board.
16 - يطلب إلى الإدارة أن تداوم على إطلاع المجلس التنفيذي على التقدم المحرز في تنفيذ هذا المقرر والإجراءات الرئيسية الواردة في ردود الإدارة، وأن تقدم تقريراً عن تنفيذ توصيات التقييم إلى الدورة العادية الثانية للمجلس التنفيذي عام 2013.
