annexes IV to VI to the note by the secretariat (UNEP/EA.1/INF/21) contain the background documents submitted to the GEF Council at its forty-sixth meeting and the Fifth GEF Assembly, held in Cancun, Mexico, from 25 to 29 May 2014, to support consideration of the above-mentioned amendments to the Instrument.
