B. Revision of the annual base salary of the members of the International Court of Justice

Taking account of those judges' remuneration, effective 1 January 2010, the annual base salary of judges at the Tribunal is to be adjusted to $166,596, effective 1 January 2010.

As a result, the annual base salary of judges of the Tribunal remains at the previous level, namely at $161,681, whereas the post adjustment multiplier was reduced from 73.9 for December 2009 to 62.3 for January 2010.
