Any person who contravenes any provision of this law is liable to a fine or a term of imprisonment.

14. Apart from making provisions for the aforementioned rights, the Constitution also provides that any person alleging that any provision of this Constitution has been breached, may apply to High Court for the enforcement of his right.
14- وإلى جانب النص على الحقوق السالفة الذكر، ينص الدستور أيضاً على أنه يجوز لأي شخص يدَّعي بأن أي حكم من أحكام هذا الدستور قد انتُهِك أن يطلب من المحكمة العليا إنفاذ حقه.

(1) A person discriminates against a woman in any circumstances relevant for the purposes of any provision of this Ordinance if -

When the membership in the Organization changes or when the voting rights of a Member are suspended or restored under any provision of this Agreement, the Council shall provide for the redistribution of votes in accordance with this article.
6- عندما تتغير العضوية في المنظمة، أو عندما تعلق حقوق تصويت أي عضو أو تعاد إليه بموجب أي حكم من أحكام هذا الاتفاق، يتخذ المجلس ترتيبات لإعادة توزيع الأصوات وفقا لهذه المادة.

Insofar as any provision of this Protocol relates to the same subject matter, the two provisions shall, wherever possible, be treated as complementary, so that both provisions shall be applicable and neither shall narrow the effect of the other; but in any case of conflict, the provisions of this Protocol prevail.
وبقدر صلة أي حكم من أحكام هذا البروتوكول بنفس الموضوع، يُعامل الحكمان، كلما أمكن، على أنهما مكملان أحدهما للآخر، بحيث يكون الحكمان قابلين للتطبيق ولا يحد أحدهما من تأثير الآخر؛ على أنه في حالة أي تعارض بينهما تُقدَّم أحكام هذا البروتوكول.

6- عندما تتغير العضوية في المنظمة، أو عندما تُعلَّق حقوق تصويت أي عضو أو تُعاد إليه بموجب أي حكم من أحكام هذا الاتفاق، يتخذ المجلس ترتيبات لإعادة توزيع الأصوات وفقاً لهذه المادة.

any provision of this Convention that may provide a defence for, or limit the liability of, the carrier applies in any judicial or arbitral proceeding, whether founded in contract, in tort, or otherwise, that is instituted in respect of loss of, damage to, or delay in delivery of goods covered by a contract of carriage or for the breach of any other obligation under this Convention against:
