(c) We encourage the United Nations and other appropriate international and regional organizations to undertake initiatives to promote the implementation of the Programme of Action; and we encourage all initiatives to mobilize resources and expertise to promote the implementation of the Programme of Action.

5 - تدعو الدول الأعضاء والهيئات الدولية والإقليمية المعنية إلى أن تستعرض المعلومات الاستخبارية عن تهريب المخدرات وتهريب الكيميائيات السليفة، بغية استبانة الصلات المشتركة والتخطيط للعمليات المناسبة لوقف تلك الأنشطة؛

2. Calls upon all Member States to implement the relevant recommendations to the extent possible and where necessary in cooperation with appropriate international and regional organizations and/or through international and regional cooperation among police, intelligence, customs and border control services;

وتحقيقا لهذه الغاية، توفر الدول المساعدة الى الدول النامية، مباشرة أو من خلال برنامج اﻷمم المتحدة اﻹنمائي، ومنظمة اﻷمم المتحدة لﻷغذية والزراعة، والوكالات المتخصصة اﻷخرى، ومرفق البيئة العالمية، ولجنة التنمية المستدامة، وغيرها من المنظمات والهيئات الدولية والاقليمية المختصة.
