In December 2003, the experts held a series of meetings with the LAS secretariat in Cairo and submitted their recommendations to the Arab Commission.
وفي كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2003، عقد الخبراء سلسلة من الاجتماعات مع الأمانة العامة لجامعة الدول العربية في القاهرة، وقدموا توصياتهم إلى اللجنة العربية.

301. The Arab Commission for Human Rights mentioned that, since the attacks of 2003 in Casablanca, thousands of persons were arbitrarily detained, tortured and imprisoned after unfair trials in the name of the fight against terrorism.
