On the Arab level, the State of Qatar has continually called for the airing of issues in the Arab world and for reconciliation, in order to promote Arab solidarity so that the Arab Umma may resume its role in history and in the march of civilization.
وعلى صعيد القضايا العربية، فقد نادت دولة قطر باستمرار ودأبت على العمل من أجل تنقية اﻷجواء العربية وتحقيق المصالحة لتعزيز التضامن العربي لكي تستأنف أمتنا العربية دورها التاريخي والحضاري.

:: Our full commitment to unity of destiny and the goal of the Arab nation, our pride in its values and traditions, firmly-rooted in liberty and independence, our defence of its national sovereignty and security and our upholding of Arab solidarity as a pan-Arab goal, means and purpose.

1. To affirm full Arab solidarity with Lebanon and to provide political and economic support to the country and its government to safeguard Lebanese national unity, the security and stability of the country and its sovereignty over all its territory;
تأكيد التضامن العربي الكامل مع لبنان وتوفير الدعم السياسي والاقتصادي له ولحكومته بما يحفظ الوحدة الوطنية اللبنانية وأمن واستقرار لبنان وسيادته على كامل أراضيه.

However, the process of reforming and developing the League must draw in the first place upon the aspirations of the Arab peoples and must satisfy their legitimate demands for freedom, social justice, and genuine Arab solidarity.
على أن عملية إصلاح وتطوير الجامعة ينبغي أن تستلهم في المقام الأول تطلّعات الشعوب العربية وتلبية مطالبها المشروعة في الحرية والعدالة الاجتماعية وفي التضامن العربي الحقيقي.

In accordance with this view, the leaders unanimously agreed to restore Arab solidarity as a fundamental pillar, a firm bond and the source of the strength of the Nation for the maintenance of its security, the warding off of dangers and the embodiment of the hopes and aspirations of its members for integration and solidarity.
ووفق هذا المنظور، أجمع القادة على أن استعادة التضامن العربي يشكل الدعامة الأساسية، والعروة الوثقى، ومصدر قوة الأمة لصيانة أمنها، ودرء الأخطار عنها وتجسيد آمال وطموحات أبنائها بالتكامل والتضامن.

Third: Work in order to build effective Arab solidarity on the solid ground of a commitment to the principles and precepts of joint Arab action;

To that end, Qatar is continuing its good offices and its efforts to improve the situation in the Arab world and to consolidate Arab solidarity, which will make it possible for the nation to pursue its special role in the history of civilization.
وللعمل على تحقيق تلك الغاية، فإن دولة قطر دأبت على مواصلة الجهود الخيرة وبذل المساعي المخلصة في سبيل تنقية اﻷجواء العربية وتحقيق المصالحة لتعزيز أركان التضامن العربي الذي سيمكن أمتنا العربية من استئناف دورها المميز في التاريخ والحضارة.

Endeavouring to strengthen Arab solidarity and reinforce the bonds of nationality and fraternal ties linking all those who belong to the Arab nation and fostering unity of aim among its peoples,
وسعيا منا لتعزيز التضامن العربي وتمسكا بالروابط القومية وأواصر الأخوة التي تجمع ابناء الأمة العربية ووحدة الهدف بين شعوبها،

We do this, brothers, on the basis of our responsibility to the Arab nation in order to strengthen Arab solidarity, safeguard the nation's honour, preserve its security and realize the legitimate aspirations of its homelands for progress, development and prosperity and of its people for freedom and democracy.
نفعل كل هذا أيها الأخوة، من منطلق مسؤولياتنا القومية في تعزيز التضامن العربي بما يصون عزة الأمة، ويحفظ أمنها القومي، ويحقق التطلعات المشروعة لأوطانها في التقدم والتطور والرفاه، ولأهلها في الحرية والديمقراطية.

2. To reaffirm full Arab solidarity with Lebanon and political support for the Lebanese Government with a view to maintaining the country's national unity, its security and stability and its sovereignty over all its territory;

First: Work to strengthen Arab relations in accordance with established Arab, Islamic and international principles, laws and conventions in order to enable our Arab nation to rebuild Arab solidarity;
- أولا: العمل على تعزيز العلاقات العربية وفق المبادئ والقواعد والمواثيق العربية واﻹسلامية والدولية المستقرة وبما يُمكﱢن أمتنا العربية من إعادة بناء التضامن العربي.

To continue to take action to strengthen Arab solidarity in all fields in order to safeguard Arab national security and thwart the foreign schemes to diminish Arab territorial integrity;
- متابعة العمل على تعزيز التضامن العربي في جميع المجالات صونا للأمن القومي العربية ودفعا للمخططات الأجنبية الرامية إلى النيل من السلامة الإقليمية العربية.

They also affirmed their commitment to the firm and principled positions adopted by Arab leaders at the Conference with a view to strengthening Arab solidarity and establishing a just and comprehensive peace that will serve the highest interests of the Arab nation, restore its usurped rights and monitor effective Arab action in the future.
والمواقف المبدئية الثابتة التي تبناها القادة العرب باﻹجماع لتعزيز التضامن العربي وإقامة السلام العادل والشامل، بما يخدم المصالح العليا لﻷمة العربية واستعادة حقوقها المغتصبة، ومتابعة التحرك العربي الفعال خلال المرحلة القادمة.

That we regard Arab solidarity as a practical and effective means of maintaining Arab national security, ensuring respect for the integrity and sovereignty of every Arab State and its right to defend its resources, capacities and rights, and preventing interference in its internal affairs or the use of force or the threat of force;
تمسكنا بالتضامن العربي ممارسة ومنهجا، بما يكفل صون الأمن القومي العربي، واحترام سلامة كل دولة عربية وسيادتها وحقها في الدفاع عن مواردها ومقدراتها وحقوقها، ومنع التدخل في شؤونها الداخلية، أو استخدام القوة أو التلويح بها.
