Recalling the resolutions of the Arab Summit Conferences and ministerial councils on solidarity with and support for Lebanon,

Having considered the resolutions and communiqués adopted by the Arab Summit Conferences and the Council of the League of Arab States concerning the promotion of joint Arab action and the strengthening of its mechanisms,
- بعد إطلاعه على قرارات وبيانات مؤتمرات القمة العربية ومجلس الجامعة بشأن تدعيم العمل العربي المشترك وتعزيز آلياته،

Recalling the resolutions of previous Arab Summit Conferences on solidarity with and support for Lebanon, the most recent of them being resolution 262 adopted on 23 May 2004 at the Tunis Summit, and noting the latest domestic and internal developments relating to Lebanon,
وإذ يستذكر قرارات مؤتمرات القمة العربية وآخرها قرار قمة تونس رقم 262 بتاريخ 23/5/2004 بشأن التضامن مع لبنان وتقديم الدعم له، وإذ يشير إلى آخر التطورات الداخلية والدولية المتعلقة بلبنان،

Recalling the resolutions of Arab Summit Conferences, most recently the Doha summit (2009),

Reaffirming the resolutions of the Arab Summit Conferences, the most recent of them being the Baghdad summit (2012),

Affirming the resolutions of Arab Summit Conferences, the latest being the Doha summit in 2013,

Reaffirming the resolutions and communiqués adopted by the Arab Summit Conferences, in particular the Final Communiqué of the Cairo Summit Conference, adopted on 23 June 1996, and also the resolutions of the Council of the League of Arab States concerning the Arab-Israeli conflict and the Palestine problem,
وإذ يؤكد المجلس على قرارات وبيانات مؤتمرات القمة العربية وبخاصة بيان قمة القاهرة الختامي الصادر في ٣٢ حزيران/يونيه ٦٩٩١، وكذا قرارات مجلس جامعة الدول العربية المتعلقة بالصراع العربي اﻹسرائيلي والقضية الفلسطينية.

3. To reaffirm the resolutions of the Council of the League, particularly its resolution 4328 of 31 March 1984, on the adoption of measures in implementation of the resolutions of the Arab Summit Conferences, and particularly the Eleventh Summit Conference, with regard to any country transferring its diplomatic mission to Jerusalem or recognizing the City as the capital of Israel;
٣ - التأكيد على قرارات مجلس الجامعة وخاصة القرار رقم ٤٣٢٨ بتاريخ ٣١ آذار/مارس ١٩٨٤، فيما يتعلق باتخاذ اﻹجراءات لتنفيذ قرارات مؤتمرات القمة العربية وخاصة مؤتمر القمة الحادي عشر تجاه أية دولة تنقل بعثتها الدبلوماسية إلى القدس أو تعترف بها عاصمة ﻹسرائيل.

Recalling the Council's resolutions on Arab solidarity with the Lebanese Government for an end to the Israeli occupation of Lebanese territory, the most recent of which was its resolution 5494 (CIV) of 21 September 1995, and the resolutions adopted by the Tenth, Eleventh and Twelfth Arab Summit Conferences calling for support and assistance to the Lebanese Government for the rebuilding of the country,
وإذ يستذكر قرارات المجلس حول التضامن العربي مع الحكومة اللبنانية ﻹنهاء الاحتلال اﻹسرائيلي لﻷراضي اللبنانية المحتلة، وآخرها القرار رقم ٤٩٤٥ د.ع. )٤٠١( بتاريخ ١٢/٩/٥٩، وقرارات مؤتمرات القمة العربية العاشرة والحادية عشرة والثانية عشرة، والمتضمنة دعم ومساعدة الحكومة اللبنانية ﻹعادة إعمار لبنان،

Recalling also all the resolutions which the Arab Summit Conferences and the Council of the League of Arab States have adopted in order to express their solidarity with the Lebanese Government with a view to putting an end to the Israeli occupation of Lebanese territory and supporting all the measures taken by that Government to halt that occupation in accordance with Security Council resolution 425 (1978),
- وإذ يستذكر أيضا كافة القرارات التي اتخذتها مؤتمرات القمة العربية ومجلس الجامعة حول التضامن العربي مع الحكومة اللبنانية ﻹنهاء الاحتلال الاسرائيلي لﻷراضي اللبنانية ودعم الحكومة اللبنانية في كافة اﻹجراءات التي تتخذها ﻹنهاء هذا الاحتلال تنفيذا لقرار مجلس اﻷمن ٤٢٥ )١٩٧٨(،
