The choice of procedure is of crucial importance. A State party involved in a dispute not covered by a declaration in force is deemed to have accepted arbitration in accordance with Annex VII of the Convention.
يتسم اختيار الإجراء بأهمية حاسمة، فالدولة الطرف التي تكون طرفا في نزاع غير مشمول بإعلان نافذ تُعتَبر قد قبلت بالتحكيم بموجب المرفق السابع من الاتفاقية.

A Party which is a regional economic integration organization may make a declaration with like effect in relation to arbitration in accordance with the procedures referred to in subparagraph (b) above.
ويجوز للطرف الذي يكون منظمة اقليمية للتكامل الاقتصادي أن يصدر إعلاناً لنفس الغرض فيما يتصل بالتحكيم وفقاً لﻹجراءات المشار إليها في الفقرة الفرعية )ب( أعلاه.

" Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Contract, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall, unless it is settled amicably by direct negotiation, be settled by arbitration in accordance with the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules then obtaining.
تسوى جميع النزاعات والدعاوى والمطالبات الناشئة عن هذا العقد أو عن انتهاكه أو الغائه أو عدم صلاحيته أو المرتبطة به والتي لم تسوى وديا بالمفاوضات المباشرة، عن طريق التحكيم طبقا لقواعد التحكيم التي وضعتها لجنة اﻷمم المتحدة للقانون التجاري الدولي السارية آنذاك.

For the purposes of conciliation and arbitration in accordance with Annexes V, VII and VIII to the Convention, such State shall be entitled to nominate conciliators, arbitrators and experts to be included in the lists referred to in Annex V, article 2, Annex VII, article 2, and Annex VIII, article 2, for the settlement of disputes under this Part.
