Following a debate in plenary, the Commission decided to refer draft articles A, 13 and 14, as proposed by the Special Rapporteur, to the Drafting Committee.

3. Comments on the articles so far adopted 114. Many representatives welcomed the adoption of articles A to D and largely agreed with the text of those articles.

It was suggested that draft articles A to D should not be dismissed without further consideration, but that discussion could be deferred until after draft articles F to H had been reviewed.

12. Lastly, with respect to chapter V of the report, he noted with satisfaction that the Commission had provisionally adopted articles A, B, C and D, which were important because they dealt with the general principles of transboundary harm.

8. Concerning international liability, his delegation approved of the adoption of articles A, B and D and noted that article C remained a working hypothesis.
٨ - وفيما يخص المسؤولية الدولية يوافق وفد بنغلاديش على اعتماد المواد )ألف ( )باء( )دال( ويلاحظ أن المادة )جيم( تظل إحدى فرضيات العمل.

The Commission furthermore adopted four articles concerning the general principles applicable in this area of the law, namely articles A (Freedom of action and the limits thereto), B (Prevention) and D (Cooperation) plus, as a working hypothesis, article C on liability and reparation.
واعتمدت اللجنة علاوة على ذلك أربع مواد تتعلق بالمبادئ العامة التي تنطبق في هذا المجال من مجالات القانون، وهي المواد ألف )حرية اتخاذ اﻹجراءات وحدود تلك الحرية(، باء )المنع( ودال )التعاون(، علاوة على المادة جيم المتعلقة بالمسؤولية والتعويض كمنطلق للعمل.
