The Committee also expresses concern about the adoption of numerous discriminatory laws over the reporting period as pointed out notably by the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (CERD/C/ISR/CO/14-16, paras. 11, 15, 16, 18 and 27, 2012) and which primarily affect Palestinian children, in all aspects of their life, but also Arab Israeli, Bedouin, and Ethiopian children as well as children of migrant workers and asylum seekers.
كما تعرب اللجنة عن قلقها إزاء اعتماد قوانين تمييزية كثيرة في الفترة التي يغطيها التقرير، وفق ما أشارت إليه لجنة القضاء على التمييز العنصري (الفقرات 11 و15 و16 و18 و27 من الوثيقة CERD/C/ISR/CO/14-16 لعام 2012)، وهي قوانين تؤثر بشكل أساسي على الأطفال الفلسطينيين وعلى مظاهر حياتهم كافة، كما تؤثر على عرب إسرائيل والبدو والأطفال الإثيوبيين وأطفال العمال المهاجرين وطالبي اللجوء.

(c) Ensure that budgetary allocations, including budgetary allocation for the health sector, no longer discriminate against Arab Israeli families and their children, and define strategic budgetary lines for children in disadvantaged or vulnerable situations, in particular Bedouin, Palestinian, Arab Israeli children, as well as children of migrant workers and asylum seekers.
