12. The action to be taken by the General Assembly in connection with the financing of MONUSCO is to appropriate and assess the amount of $74,560,100 for the period from 1 July 2011 to 30 June 2012, in addition to the amount of $1,416,926,000 previously approved and assessed for the maintenance of the Mission for the same period under the provisions of Assembly resolution 65/296.
