In its resolution 5/3 on the implementation of the Smuggling of Migrants Protocol, the Conference decided to establish an open-ended intergovernmental working group to advise and assist the Conference in the implementation of its mandate with regard to the Smuggling of Migrants Protocol.

2. Decides that the Open-ended Intergovernmental Working Group on Asset Recovery shall continue its work to advise and assist the Conference in the implementation of its mandate with respect to the return of the proceeds of corruption and shall hold at least two meetings prior to the sixth session of the Conference of the States Parties, within existing resources and consistent with its workplan;

In its resolution 2/4, the Conference decided that the Working Group should continue its work to advise and assist the Conference in the implementation of its mandate on technical assistance, and reaffirmed that the Working Group should meet during the third session of the Conference and, as appropriate and within existing resources, should hold at least two intersessional meetings prior to the third session of the Conference.

In its decision 4/4, the Conference decided to establish an open-ended working group, in accordance with article 32, paragraph 3, of the Organized Crime Convention, and rule 2, paragraph 2, of the rules of procedure for the Conference, to be chaired by a member of the Bureau, to advise and assist the Conference in the implementation of its mandate with regard to the Trafficking in Persons Protocol.

It also decided to establish an open-ended intergovernmental working group on firearms, and to advise and assist the Conference in the implementation of its mandate with regard to the Firearms Protocol.
وقرر أيضا أن ينشئ فريقا عاملا حكوميا دوليا مفتوح العضوية معنيا بالأسلحة النارية، وأن يسدي المشورة إلى المؤتمر ويساعده على تنفيذ ولايته فيما يتعلق ببروتوكول الأسلحة النارية().

Pursuant to resolution 5/3 of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime, an open-ended intergovernmental interim working group on the smuggling of migrants was established to advise and assist the Conference in the implementation of its mandate with regard to the Protocol against the Smuggling of Migrants by Land, Sea and Air, supplementing the Convention.
1- عملاً بالقرار 5/3 الصادر عن مؤتمر الأطراف في اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظَّمة عبر الوطنية، أُنشئ فريق عامل مؤقَّت حكومي دولي مفتوح العضوية معني بتهريب المهاجرين لكي يسدي المشورة إلى المؤتمر ويساعده على تنفيذ ولايته المتعلقة بتنفيذ بروتوكول مكافحة تهريب المهاجرين عن طريق البر والبحر والجو، المكمِّل للاتفاقية.

In its resolution 5/4, the Conference decided to establish an open-ended intergovernmental working group on firearms to advise and assist the Conference in the implementation of its mandate with regard to the Protocol against the Illicit Manufacturing of and Trafficking in Firearms, Their Parts and Components and Ammunition, supplementing the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime.
وقرّر المؤتمر في قراره 5/4 أن ينشئ فريقا عاملا حكوميا دوليا مفتوح العضوية معنيا بالأسلحة النارية، لكي يسدي المشورة إلى المؤتمر ويساعده على تنفيذ ولايته المتعلقة ببروتوكول مكافحة صنع الأسلحة النارية وأجزائها ومكوّناتها والذخيرة والاتجار بها بصورة غير مشروعة، المكمل لاتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية.

It also decided to establish an open-ended intergovernmental working group on firearms, in accordance with article 32, paragraph 3, of the Organized Crime Convention and rule 2, paragraph 2, of the rules of procedure for the Conference, to advise and assist the Conference in the implementation of its mandate with regard to the Firearms Protocol, and that the working group on firearms shall perform the following functions:

In its resolution 1/5, entitled " Technical assistance " , the Conference decided to establish an interim open-ended intergovernmental working group to advise and assist the Conference in the implementation of its mandate on technical assistance.
وقد قرّر المؤتمر في قراره 1/5، المعنون " المساعدة التقنية " ، أن ينشئ فريقاً عاملاً حكوميا دوليا مؤقّتا مفتوح العضوية لكي يسدي لـه المشورة ويساعده في تنفيذ ولايته بشأن المساعدة التقنية.
